WORLD AIDS DAY
1ST DECEMBER 2019
Join us on our mission to end HIV transmissions in the UK by 2030. World AIDS Day is on Sunday 1 December – are you in?
Treatment for HIV has changed dramatically over the last few years. It is still lifelong treatment and it can reduce the level of virus within your body until it cannot be detected with a blood test (NB: this is not a cure, stopping treatment will increase the level of virus in your body again). People who are HIV positive and on clinically supervised treatment cannot pass on the virus to anyone else if they have an undetectable viral load.
ndetectable = Untransmittable
