For women and other people with a vagina, testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea is done via a single swab. For men and other people who have a penis, testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea is done via a urine test for those who only have vaginal sex, and for those who have sex with partners who have a penis will be sent a urine test along with 2 swabs (oral and rectal).
